Disciples don't just happen they are made - Jesus' words.

1. True disciples need to have KNOWLEDGE of Jesus' command.

2. Disciples must own His HEART or VALUES in regard to the lost.

3. Disciples must have HIS HANDS or SKILLS these are needed to do His work.

4. As leaders we must have a very clear understanding of the skills that need to be developed.

5. Leaders must be able to identify the skills and heart that need to be developed.

6. Leaders must be able to see and understand the opportunities in order to be purposeful and intentional in the development of disciples.
